Data Deletion Instructions

Infinix Tech Cloud respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our application or services, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

• Send an email to admin@enluka.org.uk
• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A brief description of your request

Processing Time

We will review and process your request within 7–14 working days from receipt of your email.

You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Removing the App from Facebook

If you logged in using Facebook, you may also remove our application by:

• Going to your Facebook Settings
• Navigating to Apps and Websites
• Selecting our application
• Clicking Remove

Please note that removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete data stored on our systems. A formal deletion request must still be submitted via email.
